After leading the qualifying rounds in both divisions, cousins Aaron & Danielle Jedlicki only had to win one game in the stepladder finals to secure first place in the 2011 Youth Thanksgiving No-Tap Tournament. And both young bowlers did just that, with Danielle taking the Bantam/Prep title and Aaron winning the Junior/Senior division. Six of the ten finalists in the tournament were Smyrna youth bowlers, including our champions. Congrats also to Sarah Sanes (2nd), Zach Barrett (4th), & Blake Hart (5th) in the B/P division, and to Brittany Sisco (5th) in the J/S division. Aaron Jedlicki won a $500 scholarship for his victory in the 13 & older division, and Danielle Jedlicki $400 for her win in the 12 & under group. A total of $2,150 in scholarships was awarded in this year’s event. Thanks to everyone who bowled in our tournament this year!!
